Adam Beckman - CEO
Adam has over 20+ years in the aviation space working for some of the most dynamic companies in the world. His experience and leadership has allowed him to start multiple successful startups in and out of aviation. Adam is also a professor at OSU teaching classes on airline business models. When he is not analyzing airline business models, Adam enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
Ben Laile - COO
Ben first developed a love for aviation after attending his first air show as a child. His experience scheduling routes and managing daily activities of a private aviation operation ignited a desire to start a company with friends in the aviation industry. When he’s not getting customers the best airfare rates, you can find him chasing his kids around, at a local sporting event, or watching oval track racing.
Lloyd Kaja - CTO
Lloyd is an IT enthusiast with an expansive background in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. That journey has led him through stops at multiple Fortune 500 companies, IT consulting and now CodeshAIR working with friends. When he is not installing Unix operating systems for fun, you can find him draped in gold and yellow, cheering for his favorite MLS soccer team Columbus Crew with his young son.
